"The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay."

"We stayed for one night and the room was terrible the blankets were dirty like someone stepped on them, the AC unit was falling apart and in the ground, the bathroom light did not work at all, toilet paper holder was broken and falling apart, tv barely worked and could not charge our phones, told staff and they said “We will note it down for maintenance” then walked away. Would not recommend staying here not help at all."

"My husband and I did a weekend trip to Put-in-Bay and stayed here, the staff and check-in were great. The property itself is nice, great location. Walkable to all of the shops and restaurants. The pool area is nice and well maintained. There was some construction going on but it did not hinder the pool area too much. The room had everything we needed, beds comfortable. The A/C unit did an OK job keeping us cool. It did get a bit warm at night but other than that, our stay was great."

"The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The front desk person who checked us in had a great personality and was very helpful. I think his name is Tim. He gave us a map with places to go for food and/or music and drinks. He had a great attitude and wanted to help in any way possible. The hotel restaurant was fantastic 👌. The food and drinks were excellent! I would definitely recommend this location!"

"Upon arrival the room’s toilet was clogged. The shower was out of soap, the pool had no towels, the ice machine was broke and the room was 80 degrees. The breakfast was not good. The potato’s were brownish green, the eggs weren’t eggs, and the sausage was a mystery meat."

"As I walked through the doors, the lobby was musty smelling. The man behind the desk had a wrinkled shirt on, that he also had on the next day. The pool was dirty, I wouldn't swim. The room wasn't cleaned throughly. The light in the shower/toilet room went out. That will be the last time I stay at a comfort in."
