"Very helpful staff! Great location! Mountain View had some obstruction from a construction fence but they had a patio with seats with a great view of bell rock! Staff was very knowledgeable of the area and places to see and do! For the price too would go back! "

"Overall I think the property is average and offers a lot of false advertising. The pictures do not quite give you the real thing. The pool area needs a lot of love and is significantly smaller in person. Shadowland Bar was ok - and again the outside area is small and underwhelming. Our room was a good size and clean. Liked the fireplace. Balcony is very small with rusted furniture. The Starbucks coffee bar sounded good, but a scone was 10 bucks. The resort also made no note of renovations taking place…so our “mountain view” balcony consisted of a construction site complete with bulldozers and jackhammers. Had no other rooms available. Overpriced for what we had. I am certain there are other properties in Sedona that would be a better bang for your buck. Disappointed for we paid."
