"Room smelled damp. Noticed a cockroach before checking out of the room. Bathtub drain plug was stuck in place; had to take a shower standing in rising puddle of water."

"I absolutely hated my time here. The staff was incredibly rude, the manager lady would keep asking when I am checking out every few hours when I saw her. At some point it was rude and intentional as if she’s asking me to get out. She also immediately clowned me in front of a male guest the minute I tried to check in. The property had so many noise issues. The elevator kept beeping. The road had down kind of issue so when cars drove if the freeway it’s so loud. I had to buy earplugs. The fire alarm battery is dying in the room so it would flash alll night. It said when I booked breakfast was included and when I got here it was not. I needed to leave the hotel, I could not stand being here. Also the thermostat temperature does not change the room temperature. There was also 4 cop cars on the property investigating something. I do not recommend staying here. The staff was horrible"

"First hotel that is in the interior and not in a tourist location charges for Parking equivalent of Airport for its guests. Even some hotels revert the parking fee for its Guests or provide an equivalent coupon. Additionally the parking was neither covered nor well maintained."
