"You’renot paying for the hotel but the view! Check in you had to call a number and somebody met you at the door. Little odd but still. The condition of the hotel is definitely outdated and needs work but the doors locked and the view well the view made everything else seem like nothing. Staff was very friendly and we had a very peaceful stay. Would recommend if hotel isn’t a huge thing and you’re just trying to get away and enjoy the beach and other stuff but it’s a place to lay your head "

"I was honestly pleasantly surprised by this hotel and ended up enjoying it way more than I expected. The location was one of the best parts — it’s way up in North Myrtle Beach, so you’re away from all the crowded, hectic tourist traffic and hustle of the main strip. The beach area felt quieter, more relaxed, and the views were fantastic. The property itself is a little dated, but everything seemed to be kept in pretty decent condition. The pool area was large and enjoyable, and while the hot tub smelled a little odd, it was hot and working fine. The real hidden gem was the outdoor cabana bar area behind the hotel. They had live music, cheap beer, bar food, and a really fun laid-back atmosphere right by the beach. The room completely exceeded expectations. We booked a suite and it was phenomenal — king bed, two bathrooms, separate living area, couch, two balconies/patio areas, and even an in-room jacuzzi tub in the living room. For the price, it felt like an incredible value. Overall, this ended up being one of the better Myrtle Beach stays I’ve had, especially for the money. Great location, relaxing atmosphere, and much better than expected. I’d absolutely stay here again."

"I had to wash comforter on master bed as the underside had vomit on it. I washed it so we would have a cover. Carpets could use a cleaning as well as the chairs in livingroom. They had food or something white around the top edges. It was peaceful and close to what we wanted. Outside chairs were a little dry rotted so be cautious, you may go thru one."
