Phayar Taung Sanctuary is about hospitality at his best, from the moment you get off the plane and you meet your car driver, to the boat driver that will take on an incredible journey on the Inle and Samka lakes to check in/check out where you will meet the owner, his lovely wife and the team.
They practice sustainable tourism. Your electricity and hot water are coming from solar panels, the food is delicious and is locally sourced.
The overwater bungalows have simply amazing views. They have all the amenities you need for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and they are sparkling clean.
We would recommend you to stay at least a few days, so you can have the chance to go on the tours they organize for an experience like no other.
I do not have enough words to describe how much we have enjoyed our stay at this place!
