"The workers needs a lot of training. We've been sleeping here for the past 3 years and we always have bad service from the waiters. Receptionist has improved, house keeping super helpful. They should work on customer service rather than waiting money for their bad services "

"I recently stayed at Embassy Gardens by Cantonments in Accra, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The place is very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The environment is quiet, peaceful, and very safe, perfect for anyone looking to unwind or enjoy a calm getaway in the city. The facilities are well-kept, and the overall ambiance is elegant and modern. The only downside was that check-in took quite a while — we had to wait longer than expected before being taken to our room. However, once settled in, everything else about the stay was excellent. I’d definitely recommend Embassy Gardens to anyone visiting Accra who values comfort, security, and a serene environment."
