Great place to stay in the middle of Nuuk, 2 really good restaurants on the Hotel.
The room was always clean and the personnel was smiling and helpful.

Conveniently located, this is a hotel with all the amenities a traveler needs, especially in a place as remote as Nuuk. Including an excellent restaurant on the top floor.
Great hotel but insanely small
Rooms for the price. Nuuk has limited hotels and the features in the room were nothing special.
Still it has two great restaurants and a good bar.
It’s not a 5 Star hotel but it’s luxury for Greenland.
Nicest hotel in Nuuk. Large, clean room. Small bath. Comfy bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Little coffee bar in lobby. Two restaurants with delicious food. Bountiful breakfast buffet. Huge grocery store across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice breakfast smorgasbord.
Sadly, this hotel came up as the best offering in Nuuk. There was no fridge, no kettle, only a single towel and hand towel (or maybe it was the bathmat) for a party of two. On the plus side, the wifi was great and there was a nice Nordic breakfast on the top level, especially the mixed fruit juice/smoothie. I think some work might need to be done to bring it up to speed as Nuuk opens to tourism. Staff were great.
It wasn't clear when we booked the hotel that it was under renovation - it should be when there is noise from 7:00 to after 7:00 in the evening. Check out is at 10:00 so be prepared, seems strange when all the long distance flights are around 13-15 would have been great to have normal check out 11 or 12 as most hotels.
Even though the early check out time they didn’t manage to tidy the room before we came back from an excursion around 16:30 when they very busy in our room.
Additional the cleaners throw out over maps which was on the table.
Filling the buffet at breakfast was very slow had to ask the service to top up on food.
It’s a shame as the service in the restaurant was great and the location downtown is good
This hotel is in the heart of town. Great location, close to restaurants and stores. Room was comfortable and the restaurants in the hotel had great offerings. I would definitely stay here again.
This is the best hotel in Nuuk. After being stuck there due to Air Greenland flight cancellations we stayed at over three hotels in the area, and this one was by far the best.
It was ideally situated in town and had an excellent restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint would be the bass booming through the floors from the bar at midnight.
Great property and staff, however it was very noisy around with lots of construction noise anll day long and we could also hear people walking in the hallway and above us. Overall a good stay though.
