"The property is at the outskirt of the town. There are no sidewalks, but people are use to walk 5 minutes to reach the town (300-500 mts?). If you are driving, you get anywhere from there in a short drive. The place is modern and very clean. During my stay, the staff was the owner son and he did a great job. I asked if I could have some ice and he actually got me a small bag like made me wonder if he went out to buy it! The room size was amazing for me as a solo traveler, a queen bed and space...

"El entorno es precioso, lleno de encanto, y la casa nos pareció muy acogedora. Las habitaciones son enormes y tener cafetera y mininevera fue un detalle que agradecimos mucho. Como sugerencia, la presión del agua podría mejorar y, al no haber cortinas, en las habitaciones de abajo no resulta fácil abrir las ventanas al haber negocios cercanos. "Inizio col descrivere l'Hoste: persona gentile e molto disponibile. La struttura: centrale, sulla piazza di Laviano (borghetto piccolissimo e isolato), pulito, nuovo, munito di ogni comfort. E' presente uno spazio comune dove c'è una cucina fornita di tutto il necessario per la prima colazione e poi ci sono le singole stanze, ognuna con bagno privato. Per chi dovesse pernottare in questo paese la consiglio senza dubbio."
