"Staff were just exceptional. Breakfasts were great and the rooms were superbly clean and well looked after. Location is approx a IDR150000 ride into the centre of town if you miss the free services. "Rooms we're perfect and very clean and smart. Pool areas we're good. Only thing that let's this property down is the staff, it is very hit and miss, some staff we're unbelievable and others we're rude. We rented 2 bikes and they both broke then we tried to use an adverstised Hotels.com bar discount and they took it really funny and tried to do anything not to give it us"
