"The workers needs a lot of training. We've been sleeping here for the past 3 years and we always have bad service from the waiters. Receptionist has improved, house keeping super helpful. They should work on customer service rather than waiting money for their bad services "

The facilities are well-kept, and the overall ambiance is elegant and modern. The only downside was that check-in took quite a while — we had to wait longer than expected before being taken to our room. However, once settled in, everything else about the stay was excellent. I’d definitely recommend Embassy Gardens to anyone visiting Accra who values comfort, security, and a serene environment."
