"Overall enjoyed our stay but there were a few small things that could have made our stay more fulfilling. The entire place is made kids friendly which was really touching and is a welcome attitude given we are a family with 2 kids. The breakfast spread was quite good but had very limited vegetarian options - again the kids section there was really awesome! Rooms were quite clean but a bit smaller than anticipated, the toilet exhaust was a bit low or not working which made it a bit awkward....

The “stone” bath is peak, with both big indoor & outdoor bathing areas + a sauna beautifully put together. The inside of the hotel is magical too,, feels like you’re inside a Japanese castle.
