"This was our first time in Lanzarote and of course this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room lovely (junior suite) and always well tended to by those lovely house keepers. The pools looked good, we didn't use them (we're not pool people). So, we had a great holiday."

The pool area was always very clean and tidy and was a joy to sit there. The staff were excellent - they were polite and friendly and happy to help at all times.
