"Now our favorite place to stay in Tecate! Only down point is that our room was not ready by check in time. If we didn’t have an event to attend at that time, it would have kept us waiting in the lobby for a long time! We really enjoyed our stay once we got access to our rooms."

"Very private and reserved area -parking feels.safe and staff is super friendly ...the comllimentary coffee was always.cold -they have a nice setup table for coffee but coffee was always cold ...price feels high for the area "

"My phone line was disconnected during our stay so I had to come downstairs for service. When I requested toilet paper they told me to go back to my room and they would bring it but they did not so I had to come back down again and another staff member assisted me immediately. So some staff members provided better service than others."
