"I stayed for 16 nights on a business trip. Having access to a laundry facility was a huge plus. Unfortunately, this was the only good thing about this place. The hotel displayed a 3-star rating at the entrance but falls short of many requirements for this rating: - The room is cleaned only once a week. - Some staff do not speak English. - Cleaning staff are not present on weekends. "We had a great time at your hotel. We found the facility modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff was professional, friendly and attended to all our needs. The breakfast facility was well stocked with a wide variety of breakfast food offerings, where everything was hot, and flavorful. "

"This place it´s perfect for someone who travels alone and needs a place to sleep without entering in to Madrid. The most inconvenient part was not having an elevator and carrying the luggage to a second floor. Since it´s located next to a truck facility, the trucks wake you up in the early morning. "
