"This family owned property provided a welcoming and warm greeting. We had a great meal wonderful (free) breakfast. Netfix option on the TV using my own account which was great because my Italian was not very good. I needed my meds to be refrigerated snd they provided a fridge. Room had a balcony overlooking the hills."

"Check in was a nightmare - nobody there to receive us. Instead, we had to key in all our information outside the hotel which was not user friendly. We had to reenter information several times before we could get it to work properly, and also scan our passports etc. I called the number but did not reach anyone to answer our questions about how to solve the glitchy keypad entry issues. We were lucky that someone who works there happened to come by and helped us retrieve our key from a locked...

"The reservation was made late in the evening, but we were able to check in easily. The breakfast is very good, with many choices. The staff was very helpful for all our needs. Free parking is a big plus. "
