Das Hotel ist wunderschön, das Essen war sehr lecker, die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren alle sehr freundlich und alles auf einem sehr hohen Niveau (hoffe das wird so beibehalten)! Der Rest ist noch Baustelle zB SPA Bereich oder Residence Area aber hat uns nicht gestört. Poolarea war schön und auch der Strand war in Ordnung. Das einzige negative war, das wir dem Frontofficr in unserer Junior Suite einige Sachen gezeigt haben die nicht in Ordnung sind im Zimmer (ein Stück am Parkett war kaputt, die Balkontüre auch, ein Brandfleck, Vorhang hat gefehlt dh konnten wir das Zimmer nicjt abdunkeln, ein Teil bei der Tapette gerissen) im großen und ganzen eher kleine Probleme für uns, was jedoch in einem neuen Hotel/Zimmer nicht sein darf. Obwohl man uns bei der Rezeption des Hotels gesagt hatte das sie sich was überlegen werden und sich bedankt hatten für das Feedback von uns mit Fotos, wurde uns beim Checkout doch nicht entgegen kommen was ich nicht verstehe da wir hier eigentlich negative Punkte im Zimmer aufdecken und dem Hotel mitteilen, das war leider enttäuschend und man teilte uns mit das der Front Office Manager diesbezüglich kein Feedback gegeben hat dh können die Mitarbeiter beim Checkout auch nichts machen. Der Front Office Manager sollte eigentlich für die Kundenzufriedenheit zuständig sein, aber für uns kam es beim Checkout rüber als ob dies egal war - schade.
