"The apartment was booked and duly paid in advance. When we arrived at the location, we tried to contact property, but at the beginning nobody answered. After couple of calls and messages a woman answered and said that all the apartments were booked and that she didn't know what we are talking about. After that, we called again, and man answered. He also told us that he is not aware of reservation, that he does not use Hotels.com for advertisement and that he doesn’t have an apartment at that...
