We were happy with our stay, the only Thing I didnt realize when booking Platinum Adults that our building will be detached and both for wellness and breakfast we would need to put our shoes on and go to a different building. Breakfast was good, good variety of food.

Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Stilvolles Appartement, wo man sich sehr gern aufhält. Wir konnten unsere Räder sicher im Keller abstellen (Pumpe und Werkzeug vorhanden). Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren hilfreich und entgegenkommend und die Altstadt beginnt vor der Haustür.
