Maravilhoso. Confortable, pero básico.

Al hacer la reserva, no tomé nota por las fotos de que las habitaciones carecían de iluminación junto a la cama, y en general la iluminación de la habitación no era muy buena. El desayuno, bastante básico. Lugar con hermosas vistas. El restaurante funciona sólo hasta las 22.00 hs.

Boa hospedagem, café da manhã deixa a desejar

Gostamos do hotel de um modo geral. Localização muito boa, atendimento bem atencioso e conforto ok mas sem algo que mereça destaque. O que decepcionou foi o café da manhã, muito fraco , poucas opções e o que tinha não agradou muito. Pelo preço da diária e o fato de estar localizado numa cidade como Nova Veneza esperávamos mais.

A recepção, logo que chegamos, foi incrível!!! As recepcionistas não mediram esforços para nos agradar e indicar lugares pra visitar. Comentei que havia ido ao passeio para comemorar meu aniversário com amigas e, Quando entrei no quarto havia um bolinho surpresa com um bilhete de felicitações muito carinhoso! Eles foram atenciosos e amigáveis nos menores detalhes ! Adorei!!! Certamente indico e voltaria novamente!
