The resort is aimed at families with young children. Thus the restaurant menu is child focused and its super busy. The room was not sound proof as stated Enjoyed the pool with hundreds of others.

A little bit difficult to communicate with the staff even though we speak Spanish and English! It is a very Italian resort. There was nice personnel who wanted to help but sometimes we thought some of them were tired to service and tourists in general. But it is not only the hotel but the whole region who seems a bit tired of service compared to other parts of Italy close by. We expected more from a four star hotel. An Italian family oriented hotel.

Buona struttura ma servizi da migliorare

Il resort è molto grande e con un ottimo potenziale. Dista circa 15 minuti di macchina dal mare ma è ben servito dalla navetta che, sebbene noi non la usassimo, mi sembrava essere puntuale e adeguatamente dimensionata. Stanza grande ma molto poco insonorizzata. Pulizia generale discreta (sicuramente migliorabile), colazione abbondante ma di mediocre qualità…e mezz’ora prima della chiusura del servizio il buffet risultava quasi vuoto. Animazione di livello decisamente inferiore a quella delle altre strutture alloggiative della zona. Spiaggia privata bella e comoda. In sintesi, la struttura è esteticamente bella e con un ottimo potenziale, ma sicuramente migliorabile in molti aspetti.

Lækkert resort men meget larmende!

Hotellet var meget flot, rent og velholdt. Poolområdet var også lækkert, men man skal være til højt musik og snak i mikrofon, for der var gang i den ved poolen hele dagen. Ligeledes var der show om aftenen, så musikken fortsatte til omkring midnat.ø hver aften. Der var temmelig lydt på værelset, så ørepropper er en god idé, hvis man ikke ønsker at deltage i festlighederne! Morgenmaden var ekstremt kedelig og ensformig. Vi fik tilbudt det samme alle fire morgener, og brød/kager var desværre tørre og kedelige. Lige på det punkt lignede det ikke et 4* hotel. Personalet talte næsten ikke engelsk og måske var det derfor, vi ikke fandt servicen særlig god. Ingen smil bortset fra de unge mennesker, der underholdt ved poolen. Selvom de heller ikke talte godt engelsk, forsøgte de i det mindste at kommunikere med os 🙂

Ho trascorso 3 giorni intensi in questa meravigliosa struttura con la mia famiglia e altri amici. È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Il resort e’ ben organizzato e curato. Ci siamo rilassati e divertiti allo stesso tempo, compreso il mio bimbo di sei mesi. È stato tutto perfetto, dalla pulizia delle camere , alla gentilezza di tutto lo staff (animazione, reception, ristorante ecc..). La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, con balcone vista piscina. L’animazione ti accompagna nel corso della giornata con diverse attività interessanti, fino agli spettacoli serali e alla discoteca. La spiaggia si può raggiungere con la navetta , disponibile in diversi orari. Colazione buona e abbondante. Il resort si trova in una zona isolata ma la posizione è abbastanza strategica per potersi spostare facilmente in auto e visitare i luoghi vicini. Spero di ritornarci presto. Senza dubbio la consigliero’. Grazie di cuore a tutti!

Une e odierne mitigée

Un bon rapport qualité prix une fois passée la réception où une dame était très gentille tandis que son collègue l' était beaucoup moins. Refus d'accepter 1 billet de 200€ pour régler 452€ !!!. Il manque vraiment une armoire ou une commode dans la chambre qui est très grande même chose dans la salle de bains. Personnel rencontré sur place très aimable. Pourquoi nous expliquer que tout se paye avec la carte fournie par la structure alors que la plage n'est pas connectée et que tout se paye directement
