"L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery. It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy. I also enjoyed the on-site sauna. My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. I didn't mind much because I was on vacation and so didn't need to work. Special commendation goes to Jessica and Richard for going above and beyond."

They truly are the heart of this hotel and a testament to the people of Mauritius. The hotel itself is great. All rooms facing the ocean and having good space within. "The whole experience from checking in was fabulous, the rooms were clean and ready ahead of time, the staff were very friendly and polite and always at hand to help with any questions we had. The Spa was superb with all the different types of treatments available. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Mauritius to stay here, I would definitely like to go back for another holiday at this venue"
