"Fantastic place to stay. It was all that we had expected and more. The host was most helpful and friendly. The room and facilities, the house and it's ground, the location and the lovely breakfast meant we had a great overnight stay. In a pretty little town which had a number of restaurants to eat in, within easy walking distance."

When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room.
