"Ideal location for a family group to explore the City.
Some parts of the hotel are a little tired, but a room refurb is underway and the new rooms are lovely.
Some of our group had fresh rooms and others had the more tired version. Quite a difference!
The main lobby Gents had an issue that was not sorted in the 4 days we were there, despite having the staff sign- off sheet on the back of the door. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. "
