"The location was excellent. Easy two block walk to the Bayswater tube station on the circle line. Easy to hail a cab. Many great restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. The rooms were very clean though the beds were very hard. I asked about changing rooms to get a different bed and was given a mattress topper, which helped slightly. Breakfast was great. It's optional but worh it. "

"My stay was fine. There's some renovation work in the building next door and that was LOUD in the AM. Not the hotel's fault. The solo room is definitely cramped, but it works for short stays. Convenient location. Only noteworthy matter is that there are no USB outlets in the room, so bring a wall plug or conversion if necessary to charge your devices."

It was a “king” bed, but really 2 twins pushed together. Both mattresses comfortable, but you could feel the seam between them. Restaurant attached to the hotel was nice. I was disappointed to find the shower was not draining and the light over it was out but they fixed both within 2 days. Daily maid service.
