"The hotel location is excellent with 2 tube stations near by and the park. We stayed in the junior suite which was larger than we anticipated which was nice. The hotel is cute, we found the beds to be a stiff but the rooms are well well maintained. Our main issue was we got stuck in the elevator. Definitely scary for our family, after thankfully my husband was able to pry open the door and the elevator was on 2nd floor not in between floors."
