"The hotel "does the job" of a cheap night in London. The entrance is a hairdresser which is very confusing. The reception staff was clueless. They asked for ID saying they were keeping it. After a few questions, I understood he was not keeping it... There was no bodysoap in the room. The lights were on in the first room I got in so not great for the environment and it smelt of cigarette. We asked to change and the second room was fine. We have been woken up early just from people walking upstairs in the room because the isolation is so bad. But that was very minor discomfort and we all had excellent stay . "
