"The hotel was perfect and gorgeous. Super convient as it’s located right down town. Only issue is I couldn’t find affordable parking. We ended up parking further away and taking the metro to the hotel."

"The hotel is conveniently located across from the Notre Dame Basilica and many excellent restaurants, all within walking distance. Located in old Montreal and within a 8 minute walk to the jazz festival venues. The staff is very friendly and speak English and French. If we travel to Montreal again this will be our hotel."

"The front staff was great but the room was not the most well kept by the cleaning staff. I’m not sure if the property was overbooked but the pillows smelled/dirty and the bed wasn’t done properly. Amenities were also missing from the room (face towels etc). We expected a little better as this is a luxury brand hotel (compared to other hotels of the same tier). Otherwise it was good"
