"Breakfast is included, so all good there. I was on the top floor when the outside temps were in the low 30s. The room was adequate for me but would have been much better with aircon. For the price I paid, I have no complaints at all. No fridge or aircon but did include towels and tea / coffee making facilities. Perfectly good."
"We could not do the visit due to a family emergency and needed to move the dates of our stay.. We had been scheduled to stay in one of the junior suites and were excited and looking forward to our trip. When approached regarding moving our stay the hotel staff were blunt, unhelpful and refused to even consider moving our visit to another date over the summer. Clearly this is a luxury hotel without any soul, pride or sense of retaining it’s reputation.. This is the poorest treatment we have had...
"Host was very accommodating. Location is well off the beach, but a good launch location for anyone touring the area. This area is however slow, lacking some amenities ( ride share apps) - out of season ( which should be expected)😁."
