Mare e relax

Esperienza positiva! Ottimo il punto in cui è situato, bellissima la spiaggia ed il mare in generale, cose che danno sicuramente un valore aggiunto alla struttura. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile! Consiglio questo hotel a famiglie e/o persone che desiderano stare tranquilli e che soprattutto cercano bel mare ma non locali e attività ricreative in genere, a meno che non siate disposti a spostarvi in macchina nelle vicinanze. Unica nota veramente negativa: la colazione. All’arrivo siamo stati obbligati a pagarla in anticipo, e fino a qui poco male, ma in Sicilia basta davvero poco per proporre una colazione migliore di quella che abbiamo trovato in questo hotel. Tortine e biscotti da discount sono, a mio avviso, imporoponibili. Avremmo sicuramente preferito meno cose ma di maggior qualità e non cibi industriali scadentissimi.

Pleasant stay, modern facility, great staff

This hotel is a great location near restaurants, the beach, and the main street in Lido di Noto. The facility was modern, clean and well maintained and the staff exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The only negatives were little ones: the TV was rather small, the room had a disinfectant smell to it that went away after opening the window, and some of the grout in the shower tiles had discoloration. Overall a pleasant and economical place to stay in a good location.

We stayed there for one night. Typical Italian breakfast, very good location (close to the sea). In December there was no problem to park the car.

Scarso rapporto qualità prezzo

Ci hanno dato una camera singola a noi che siamo una coppia pur avendo prenotato l’hotel con largo anticipo (4/5 mesi prima del soggiorno) e avendolo pagato non poco (130€ a notte) rispetto a quello che offre in termini di stanze, colazione e la località in generale (lido di Noto). Dopo nostra lamentela ci hanno fornito una camera più grande ma comunque troppo calda e con scarsa riservatezza (tutte le camere o quasi hanno la finestra su strada).

Non è quello che abbiamo prenotato

Ho prenotato una quadrupla 4 mesi prima,arriviamo ci viene data una camera quadrupla ancora da ultimare,ricavata su un terrazzino, dove ancora stanno facendo lavori, presenza di muratori e polvere a non finire,entrando si notano subito le macchie tipiche di lavori ultimati da poco e non puliti, quindi segni di calce per terra, e polvere ovunque dovuta ai lavori esterni, il bagno stessa situazione,porta del bagno che non scorre bene e maniglia ancora non montata. Inoltre la stanza è stata costruita completamente a vetri, che non si possono aprire, quindi se non si usa il condizionatore, diventa un forno, all'interno ci sono le tende, che non coprono comunque tutta la visuale, quindi problemi per cambiarsi e sopratutto di luce che entra dall'alba. Luci assenti per raggiungere la stanza. Ci lamentiamo e la ragazza alla reception,invece di ammettere la situazione, ci dice che ci hanno fatto anche un regalo che la stanza ha il terrazzino e la vista( inutilizzabile per la polvere ), e che non è vero che sono stanze ancora da completare e che vengono affittate già da anni senza mai aver avuto lamentele. Alternativa che ci propone è andare a 5 km da li in una loro dependance. Rifiutiamo perchè avevamo pagato 105€ per stare li. La mattina mi lamento della situazione con un altro ragazzo e si scusa ammettendo che sono ancora da ultimare del tutto, e che è da poco che le stanno mettendo in uso. Apprezziamo la sincerità del secondo ragazzo, sarebbe bastato poco e non essere presi in giro

Motel Grade Stay

The room was a fair size, but there was a haunting scent coming from the A/C unit. Numerous power failures through out the week and the hotel staff wasn't too interested in us. A basic breakfast was included, nothing great. The hotel was located in a tight alley, difficult to drive up. The wifi was also poor, difficult to connect and maintain connection

Mécontent de cet hôtel

Il faudrait refaire l isolation quand le voisin tousse on le croit dans notre chambre, Le frgo fait un bruit de tracteur, la literie est naz, je conseille au future voyageurs De trouver un autre hôtel pour moins cher il y a mieux. Places de parking 2 voitures.

La promo est utopique 223 € tomber a 55, ce n'est qu un 3 étoiles? sur le papier mais en vérité ce n'est qu un 2 voir 1 etoile, le parking ne peut garer que 2 veh. Insonorisation 0 quand le voisin tousse on le croit dans notre chambre. On peut trouver mieux au même prix voir un peut moin.

vergognoso.. ci hanno fatto alloggiare non all'hotel ma nella dependance, al momento della prenotazione non ci era stato detto! eravamo a Calabernardo un borgo a 2 km dall'hotel quindi se non avessimo avuto la macchina saremmo stati sperduti nel nulla.. una delle due dependance orribile con la muffa sui muri un odore insopportabile, la colazione a buffet inesistente solo caffè e brioche abbiamo dovuto chiedere per avere un po di pane e prosciutto! wifi non funzionava.. cambio asciugamani: il più delle volte non ti mettevano quelli puliti.. poca pulizia in generale, asciugamani e federe con i buchi.. una sera abbiamo fatto la doccia con acqua fredda! insomma ogni giorno c'era da lamentarsi per qualcosa e non è piacevole.. fatto prenotazione pacchetto completo volo+hotel+auto a noleggio pagato con 3 mesi di anticipo, senza possibilità di annullare la prenotazione salvo pagare penale e poi ci siamo trovati la sopresa di pagare anche la casco per noleggio auto perché non inclusa!! non utilizzerò mai più expedia è evidente che le strutture proposte non vengono controllate prima e non sono trasparenti al momento della prenotazione ! fate attenzione a noi ci hanno fregato ben bene

A Great Getaway

We stayed in the annex location at Calabernardo. The location was much quieter than the main beach area of Lido de Noto. The hotel is connected to a very nice restaurant and bar. The rooms are modern with a very clean, bright bathroom. For a unique vacation the southeast coast of Sicily cannot be beat.

Albergo quasi nuovo a due passi dal mare.

Camera confortevole su un totale di 12 stanze in totale. A disposizione ombrellone sedie per la spiaggia libera a pochi passi. Spiaggia di sabbia finissima molto estesa. Mare molto indicato per bambini (e per chi non sa nuotare): arriva al massimo alla cintola per molti metri. In complesso una bella vacanza di tutto riposo. Il posto non offre molte attrattive per giovani e non è indicato per fare shopping: solo un mercatino fisso e pochi banchi ambulanti. Nel contempo si possono visitare i dintorni molto attrattivi, anche il mangiare al ristorante non è per niente caro. Noi eravamo in due e tutte le sere ci siamo spostati nei dintorni.

Pour notre part, nous avions demandé une chambre à Lido Di Noto et nous nous sommes retrouvés à Calabernardo, petit village familial à 2 kms environs ou il n'y a rien d'autre que cet hotel !!! Sans voiture, ce n'est même pas la peine d'y aller. Il s'agit en faite de ce qu'ils appellent des dépendances (pour notre part un petit studio avec cuisine, machine à laver et tout ça quasi-neuf donc super) qui sont phoniquement très mal isolées donc vous avez droit au voisin qui regardent la TV jusqu'à des heures parfois peu respectueuses. Dommage car les chambres sont très bien aménagées, propres et le personnel est très sympathique mais le bruit est permanent malgré l'isolement géographique ...

Betreft qua voorzieningen eerder B&B vlakbij stran

Marco zorgt met zijn 2 collegas voor een prettige sfeer. Omdat men meer dan 7 kamers verhuurd heet het hotel, maar betreft meer een B&B. Ontbijt mag uitgebreider( meer continentaal). Jammer dat buiten Marco personeel geen engels spreekt. Er is samenwerking met restaurant Scirocco en Alta Marea waar ze lekker eten serveren met aardig personeel tegen redelijke prijzen. Verder mooi strand. Begin mei is het nog pre-seizoen en weinig te beleven in Lido di Noto. Wij hadden gelukkig een huurauto en Noto, Syracuse-Ortigia, Ragusa, Modica en Scicli (!) zijn zeer de moeite waard om te bezoeken!
