A wonderful stay in this gem of a hotel! What lovely staff and hospitality.
The garden, was spectacular at night time with a glass of Prosecco.
The guide tour in this historic building from 1762 which he calls home, after breakfast was amazing and we felt spoiled.
I would return to Noto tomorrow, mostly to say hello to him and see this beautiful home."

"Everything at san Carlo was perfect- couldn’t’ have asked for a more pleasant stay and we’ve been to many short term stays in about 40 countries. Breakfast was full and varied to suit all tastes and absolutely tasty. The suites are large and inviting. No linens were fresh and the bed extremely comfortable. Want to linger there is a cafe next to the entrance but not a sound penetratked the suite. All in all marvellous."
