"The pool was beautiful, and central to all the rooms. We loved hearing the monkeys, cicadas and birds all day and night. We really felt like we were in the jungle, yet also bear all the action. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay!"

"Unsure what makes this an eco retreat aside from the fact they ask you to bring your own water bottle to refill with water they provide and there is no hot water for showers. The property has a lot of potential but it felt maybe slightly neglected. There was a lot of debris on the ground, the kitchen area was really dirty and the room had rusty racks and shower curtains that allowed water to spray out all over the floor. "This place provided all that we needed for a great price. Staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. And there was the sweetest cat that loves to say hi to the guests. If I return, I will bring my own pillow because the pillows were pretty hard but otherwise, it was a great experience."
