"Towels were small and very dry/rough/stiff"

"The pool was large and had a lot of toys + nets And kids life jackets in it, which made up for the lack of slides for the kids The hot tub was verry large and fairly hot. They were open till 11:00 p.m. which was definitely an asset There was some maintenance needed on the lining of the pool but nothing that would stop me going to the hotel again "

"Property is nice, staff are great. You have to pay $22/day for parking. The rooms are too warm and you can adjust the temperature all you want, the room is staying at 23 celcius anyway. "

"The hotel is located right beside the river, in downtown Winnipeg. It’s in a nice quiet location along a beautiful walking trail. The boutique hotel is a good size and tasteful decorated. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My room had a rainfall shower. The towels were nice and thick and a really good size. There is limited on site parking however we parked on the street. Around 5:00 pm we had to park a few blocks away and drive around to find a spot. At 11:00 pm we parked right near the hotel and no issues finding a spot to park. I really loved the quiet location beside the Red River. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had really nice bathroom products. The price is excellent for the room. It was my second time staying there and I will be back again. "

"The Fort Garry is a lovely old hotel. It’s fun just walking through the lobby. The Oval Room is a lovely place to have a nightcap. Our room was pleasant and very clean. The bed was comfortable. We’ll be back."
