Cleanliness and maintenance are basic expectations, especially for a brand that promotes consistency and quality. The bathroom door was visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall sanitation of the room. In addition, the sink faucet was loose and unstable, making it difficult to use and giving the impression that routine maintenance is being overlooked. These issues are unacceptable for any hotel, but particularly at a Hampton Inn where guests expect a clean, well-maintained environment. "
