Norwalk Islands hotel rooms a the Red Roof Inn

"For sure, I would give this hotel not more than 3 stars, The service from the start to finish horrible the staff never smiled, and could not resolve much , very disappointing. The only reason I choose that hotel, bc It’s very convenient and close to work."

"- Hotel was under construction - Whole reason I chose it was the pool – there was no pool - The elevator was not working, and my room was on the SIXTH FLOOR, and I was with a small child Overall hideous experience I can't believe I paid for"

"Easy to check in and out, room was clean, staff was very accommodating "

"Staff were friendly, bar is nice, and the location worked for us. Room was clean but shower had some hair and the shower head made noise. There is also plenty of parking and hotel is right off the freeway. Food is ok."

"The motel was in a great location and served our needs. Our dog could stay with us, which was key. We had 3 pillows on our king sized bed so I went down to ask for one more. They said ‘no’. That’s all. There was also a used washcloth hanging in our shower when we got there. Ick."
