"Was clean and staff was great. Breckfast was great. Grandkids loved the pool. They all.had a great time."

"The room was large and the beds were comfortable. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa, but a staff member was able to get us some. Thats where the positives end. Breakfast was terrible! The room was not as clean as it should have been and 2 of our towels had disgusting stains on them. My car was broken into in the parking lot. The passenger side front and back window were both destroyed. While I understand that it is not the hotels fault that it happened, I would never stay here again based on the neighbourhood. The staff was pleasant, but didn't offer any help as we scrambled to clean glass out of our vehicle to make it safe for our 4 kids travelling 9hrs back to Canada. Ours was 1 of 4 cars in that parking lot, but there were cars in the adjacent lot that were also hit. There was also no reimbursement offered by the hotel for our terrible experience. I would not stay here again"

"Parking is not secure, staff is rude, waits for you to leave, and enters your room searching through your personal belongings for “smoking” when you aren’t there, gave me a discounted rate for my emotional support animal and then acted like it never happened. Harassed my entire family the entire stay. Every time they saw us it was, “where is the dog”, “what room are you in”, “where is your I.d.”, “your room smells nice, what perfume is that”, etc. Bed bugs galore, dog piss in hallways, workers smoke in building, workers come to the door at 10:30 pm to “give towels”, never got fresh towels, the list goes on and on. It was the worst experience we have ever encountered. "

"Sketchy at best... first shift staff well let's just this. Don't leave anything in your room, your not willing to donate, or otherwise give away. For example there was a recent private Air Show nearby while checking out a customer came complaining that his sodas, and energy drinks were missing from his fridge. He had attended the air show earlier that day....but was a prepaid stay over. However, the top notch housekeeping team feels anything left in the room is theirs by proxy "

"Our room was clean, the toilet was having some issues and was not flushing well. We used the shuttle for the expo center that was great! Your drivers were very friendly! Snacks at ghe drsk were way too expensive! Breakfast was good! Overaĺl a pleasant experience "
