"Howard Johnson’s , I thought was a hotel. It really has the feel of a motel. Small lobby , only 2 floors. No elevators. Stairs only. Definitely needs updating. The beds were very comfortable. Bedding and pillows were good and lots of towels provided. Supposed to be free wifi , I’ve never been to a hotel/motel that required you to sign up with Wyndham for emails, and or points, before you could get access to the “free” wifi. Breakfast was the same typical continental breakfast , cereal, boiled eggs, bagels, waffle maker. Coffee and tea provided 24/7."

"Room well equipped for both short and long term stays with large fridge, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Room was clean. We enjoyed the pool, water was clear and refreshing and hot tub was perfect. Used it several times. Breakfast was also a hit, lots of choices. Would recommend."

"I took my kids to a swim meet in Kenora On. The bathroom had dried urine on the bottom and all around the toilet. The bathtub was unclean and I while washing it pubic hair was coming off the shower curtain. I wiped the bathtub and the cloth was black. The vanity counter was dirty as well and the sink had dirt all near the top. Red and Black dirt was very disgusting. Everything was dusty! I had went down to the reception area and showed him pictures of the cloth from cleaning up . Manager said he would contact Expedia, as they should refund my money for the lack of cleaning. I would never recommend this motel again."
