"The location was convenient, and the room itself was spacious, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was extremely disappointing. There was a thick layer of dust on the nightstands and lamp, and I had to place a towel on the nightstand before putting my belongings down. The carpets had large stains and felt very dirty, and the washroom floor was sticky and unclean.
In addition, there was extremely loud music playing on my floor around 2 AM on Tuesday, and I had to contact the front desk because of the noise. Overall, while the location and space were good, the cleanliness and noise level made this a very poor experience."
