"We loved everything about the Rockwell. The staff was friendly, personable, and helpful. The cookies available each evening were a nice (and tasty) treat. The room was spacious, the bathroom was large and well done, the soaps/shampoo/conditioner were top quality, and the beds were super comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. The location was very convenient to the shopping and restaurants of downtown. The breakfast each morning was well-stocked and tasty. The provided teas and coffees were also top quality. Can you tell I liked staying there? We'll stay there again if we ever return to Jackson."

"We just did a yellowstone trip and ended wirh a stay here. It was by far our favorite place. The Staff we're really nice and the room was so amazing. The only issue I had was the Garbage truck at 5am at the surroundjng businesses, but I did have my window open. I will stay here in the future. "

"Lodge was great. Restaurants was definitely not! For dinner, my mussels were spoiled. Manager comped it. Breakfast was more limited than a cheap motel. $20 for eggs, bacon, sausage. Potato’s were yucky. Yogurt bowl was empty. Pastry was frozen solid. Very disappointed. Usually restaurants in park are excellent. This one was a huge disappointment! "
