Northwest Washington hotel rooms a the Equity Lifestyle

"The front desk person who checked us in was extremely pleasant (Elena?). She switched us to a suite at no additional charge as our reservations ended up being on the ground floor which we preferred not being on. Besides that, room was clean and well taken care of and the free breakfast was nothing special but still extremely nice to have to hold us over until lunch time. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Best Holiday Inn suite/hotel ever stayed in. clean, aesthetic, comfy bed, nice staff, great breakfast and oddly quiet for being right next to the airport. might just add a night at the back end of a future trip to stay a night here and have breakfast. I’m only half joking 8)"

"The hotel has two restaurants food is good Front desk staff are helpful for early checkin and late checkout We are there for a kids hockey tournament which is 400 meters away from the hotel, kids wanted to swimming after game, Saturday the game finished at 7:30PM, we went to the pool 7:50PM 10 mins later, there was a lady came in emphasized other adult guests will be using the pool, the hotel has policy after 8:00PM adults only. After she left, the other parents were talking her attitude and tone of voice was rude. Anyway, all the parents with kids were upset including myself, we took kids left, probably a dozen of us in total. And there wasn’t any adults using the pool that night in the end. I think the rule is quite stupid, the pool opens to 10PM, normally kids bed time is not 7ish nowadays especially on vacations or sports events. Pool is closed for kids at 8PM is too early. Not that they have lifeguards or anything, parents are watching their kids anyway. The room smells a bit like a thrift store, pool got some chips needs maintenance. Overall is fine for our purpose but not sure if it’s worth 350 a night that’s how much we had to pay. "

"This property is an older motel, nicely and recently remodeled. The walls are a little thin (we heard some neighbors but it wasn't egregious). The room, lobby and breakfast area were fresh and spotless. Breakfast was a little limited (no eggs, bacon, etc.). They do have a great condiment selection for oatmeal or waffles: raisins, cranberries, granola, nuts, cinnamon. It would be a great, inexpensive upgrade to run a slow cooker of real oatmeal rather than the packets of instant. "
