"It wasn't stated in the write up that there were no Airport Shuttles during the early morning. I had to get to the airport for an early morning flight. The evening clerk said that the night clerk could order me a taxi. When I got to the lobby at 3:30am the night clerk phoned a taxi, but they couldn't come for 40 minutes. I would miss my flight!! He was very helpful and arranged a ride for me!!!"

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed. The front desk team, restaurant staff, bartenders, and drivers all went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. For my birthday, the bartenders surprised me with a custom olive martini complete with a candle in the middle and then they gave it to me free of charge. It was such a thoughtful, personal touch that made me feel incredibly special. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what you hope for after a long day. The attention to cleanliness and comfort did not go unnoticed. A special thank you to Sydney, who generously treated my mom and me to a complimentary birthday breakfast. That kindness meant so much and truly reflects the level of hospitality this hotel provides. Another highlight was the complimentary shuttle service within a 3-mile radius. The drivers were all fantastic friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the area. Tips are encouraged, and they absolutely deserve them for the excellent service they provide. I only wish I remembered everyone’s names because every interaction was exceptional. It’s rare to stay somewhere where every employee genuinely seems to care about making your experience special. Thank you all for making my birthday one I’ll always remember. I’ll definitely be back!"

"Great place to stay in. Clean, friendly staff the only problem was the elevators way to delayed and there were to times we had to take the stairs because the elevator to the parking garage never came. Other than that inconvenience everything excellent."

"Easy to find right off of highway. We weren't told there would be parking fees. $12 per stay however they were so nice to wave the fee because the pool and hot tub were inaccessible and closed during our stay. Which we were looking forward to for our stay."

From check-in to check-out, every single staff member was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to our needs. Their exceptional service truly made our trip memorable. Perfect Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. The hotel is perfectly situated, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area, visit local attractions, and find great dining options nearby. Spotless Cleanliness: The entire property is exceptionally well-maintained. Our room was absolutely pristine, fresh, and sparkling clean throughout our entire stay. Thank you to the wonderful team for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!"
