"We reserved this hotel randomly- and were pleased and surprised with how nice it was. It is an older facility but was clean, updated in beachy themes and in an excellent location- literally straight off the elevators onto the beach. It stood out as nicer than the hotels surrounding it. The pictures online accurately represent it. We had a double queen room on the 9th floor- it was a little small but very clean with extremely comfortable beds, fridge and instant coffee. We loved the pool, balcony with partial beach view, hot tub, gift shop, vending machines and having chairs by the pool directly overlooking the beach- along with towels. Staff was polite and helpful. You can rent chairs and umbrellas from an independent business down directly on the sand also. Negatives- Parking is $25 per night, and no continental breakfast or free coffee available downstairs. (There is a McDonalds next door within easy walking distance) Restaurant on site but we did not eat there- seemed pricey. Overall, it was definitely worth the low price we paid though Expedia and we would stay there again. Traveled with family."

"Fantastic hotel. The staff is the best. I had a couple outlets that didnt work but I was only staying one night so I didnt ask for them to be looked at. Also took a while for my room to cool down - but overall fantastic. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"A parking pass was needed and we were not given it upon check in. We noticed the other cars in the lot with the pass and went in a bit later to ask about it. Was told that should have been given at check in. Also, we arrived about 15 minutes after the check in time and our room as not ready. Only took another 10 minutes or so, but still. Check in time should be when the room is ready. Everything else as fine."
