"The check in process was amazing and so was most of the staff. We were enjoying our stay until we woke up the next day to them informing us of our vehicle being crashed by an associate. We were told everything would be taken care of and tried to say they couldn’t refund us since we booked through a 3rd party which I later found out to be a lie. I’m a very transparent person but one thing I don’t like is to be lied to. We’re going to be mailed some vouchers to stay at a Drury again but honestly after the experience who would even want to stay with them again? At check out the staff with the hotel was rude one being Richard director of something who told me “you got your refund what else do you want” highly unprofessional! There was tons of miscommunication between PMC and Hotel staff and I just wanted it cleared up before driving 3+hrs home. The only one willing to not talk over me and be sympathetic and actually realize it’s not about the money or things offered was Mr. Garcia which I believe was the regional manager for PMC, since clearly I came on a trip that was going to cost money but unfortunately our plans were set aside do to the mishaps. "

"Stayed there when I came into the city and then again when I left at the end of the week. It is very close to airport which was a huge bonus because I got in late and left very early. Convenient for travel with its’ location right by the freeways. Clean comfortable rooms-not too noisy, despite location. Breakfast was great. Staff was cheerful and super helpful. If you’re looking for a good airport hotel—not fancy—this was a good one."

"Two large hot tubs, one is secluded behind the pool. Large pool, nice hiking trails, very secluded oasis in the middle of the city. "

"Breakfast (which was minimal) was across the street, as there were 2 separate buildings. In addition, there was a per day charge for parking of $16. The bed was comfortable and the plumbing worked, but the building looked unkempt. Needs an upgrade compared to other Days Inn I've stayed at."

"The lobby level of the hotel is beautiful. Our room was ok. We had a balcony that was shared with two other rooms. It looked out over the open area near the Alamo. The air conditioning in our room was not good. It never got very cool and it wasn’t even that hot outside. Talked to the desk and they said they would send someone up to check it. He brought us a box fan and said we were too far from the chillers for the A/C to reach. The bathroom had areas of rust and the bathtub had mold in the grout. The tub also had pieces of ceramic missing from the interior. I would not care to stay there again. "

"Our stay at this location was great. It is centrally located right in the middle of downtown with lots of things to do within walking distance. Food was on every corner, with a Denny's just across the parking lot from the hotel. The hotel was clean, as was our room. We went with the intention of attending Oyster Bake and the Fiestas, so we just stayed a couple of days. The breakfast options were great, and there was food readily available for everyone, even on the very high-traffic mornings. The pool and hot tub were open and clean, even though the weather did not permit us to use those amenities. The only thing that I would advise people who are considering this location is to be aware of the "paid parking" expectation. As of Jan 2026, this area is considered the "entertainment district," and the city has required all of these areas to charge for parking. It ran us $36 for 24-hour parking. However, we were allowed to "come and go" as many times as we needed. There may have been some other parking options in the area, but they just seemed like an inconvenience for us. Other than the unexpected parking arrangement, this stay was amazing!"
