"My family and I were very pleased with this hotel. We don't go on vacation much so we try to do some research before we book. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and were very pleased with the space and everything included. Any issue we ran into was addressed immediately and we were helped to the best of their ability for the most part. I say this because there was one employee who made the experience less enjoyable. This was one of the front desk attendants named taylour. I do not know any of the other workers' names because they didnt have a reason to stick out to me, but they were fantastic. My issues started before I booked the room when I had called on 2 separate occasions and, by recognizing the voice, had gotten the same employee who made me feel like a bother for asking questions due to her tone and short answers. I brushed it off and gave the benefit of the doubt of maybe having a bad day. When I arrived, again, the other employees were very nice and helpful at all times. I noticed one employee's voice as soon as I heard it. Two main occurrences on premises were sighing when I asked for pool towels when the sign says to do so and another time when the pool was colder than usual and she told me "she knew nothing about that and didnt know how to help." She then mentioned she could call someone, but made it seem like she was so put out to do it. The overall experience was positive and was very enjoyable though. Nice hotel, nice pool, good breakfast, just uneasy at times."
