Northwest Omaha hotel rooms a the Americinn

"The breakfast menu was not good. The juice machine was out of order. The room was not clean. There were spider webs hanging off the lamps. The bedding made us itch. Kristen, the desk clerk went above and beyond any other clerk I've met! She was an absolute doll and help! She helped us bring our luggage in. Kristen is a caring, compassionate and kind individual. She ROCKS! I was disappointed to walk into this hotel because our room was suppose to be on a main level. It was difficult for both of us going up and down 9 stairs. The washer and dryer need to be cleaned. "
