"Front door of the property broken. Swimming pool closed down for supposed maintenance.Stains on the carpet, cigarette burns in the curtains. Water pressure was horrible in the shower. Staff refused to honor a noon check out instead of the regular checkout time of 11 AM. The extra hour would’ve cost me an additional $25. Make sure you check Google reviews and do not just rely on Expedia reviews. That was my mistake."

"I was told there would be a shuttle to and from the airport. I called the front desk when I arrived at the airport. The front desk informed me the shuttle was not working and that they would assist me with a Uber. They said they would send me an Uber link to my phone so I could have one pick me up. I called multiple times and said the link never was sent to my phone. I ended up paying for the Uber they never compensated me for it. When I arrived in my hotel room, I had to go down to the front desk because I had no shampoo, soap or towels in my room.
When checking out you would think they would credit me or anything for my two nights but nothing was offered. "

"We were just passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. the room was clean with just some minor stains on the sofa. The staff were helpful and got us an extra pillow when we asked.
If you need a dark room to sleep, bring a sleep mask. I forgot mine and it was a bit bright, but I was still able to sleep. Just some information to help prepare someone, not a complaint at all!
This hotel is close to everything we needed for the night and next morning, which was super helpful. We were also glad that the breakfast was more than cereal and bread! Having protein options for breakfast meant we didn't have to go buy breakfast. We'll stay there again if we're going through Council Bluffs. It was an excellent experience."
