"Overall great value and a decent stay. There were some problems but I would say none were dealbreakers for staying here. I would stay again. The good: comfy beds, helpful staff, clean enough, well maintained, standard hotel breakfast The bad: definitely dated, the AC rattled like there was no tomorrow, the floors were extremely creeky to the point I felt bad for the people in the room below"

"Dirty exterior, dirty common areas. Indoor pool with large amounts of dead bugs floating in it. The ceiling and walls within the pool room itself were coming apart. Seems they are either trying to refurbish the holes and the flooring, but the carpet in the halls on the second floor were torn apart and in pieces as well as the walls in the halls are dirty in the paint is peeling. The rooms are not as terrible as the exterior and common areas inside the hotel but the bathrooms do have mold around the caulking in the shower. Mini bugs will come out of the showerhead when you turn it on."

"At check-in we only had two towels. The pool was out of towels. I had to ask multiple times before we were able to get some several hours later. We spent our whole first day just using wet towels. We also had to use our towels to sop up water from the bathroom that flooded every time you took a shower. The tv didn’t work. The lights behind the headboard didn’t work. The ironing board was broken and had to be propped between the bed and wall to use. I brought my concerns to the front desk. She said the general manager would be in shortly. She mentioned they were fully booked and we couldn’t move rooms (we didn’t want to anyway as we were rooming next to family) I told her we would be fine and I’d settle for a few drinks tickets for the bar. No one from the hotel ever got in contact with me in an attempt to either fix our room or offer any sort of compensation otherwise. The hotel is dingy and outdated which we assumed given the price, but our room was horrible and I’m very disappointed that no one bothered to return my messages and offer compensation if any sort."

"The staff, especially Matthew the GM, went over and above on our stay. I’ve never had anyone at breakfast at a hotel ever in my travels (which has been a lot) so through and ask each table how breakfast was and if they could get us anything. Housekeeping was helpful. Sarah at the front desk was great. We will definitely be back for our next conference."
