Northwest Ohio hotel rooms a the Independent

"Assembly restaurant was amazing the staff there was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Terrance and Monica definitely made my three day stay amazing. I am looking forward to staying at the hotel again."

Hot tub was not hot enough but when we mentioned that the lady that was filling the towels did her job and asked someone to turn the hot tub up and Matthew came and took care of that. Matthew was helpful at breakfast also. He deserves a raise as well as the rest of the staff! Thanks"

"Breakfast bar was not fresh. Food was either cold or running out with people still coming in. Coffee also was running out and I got a mouth full of grounds while drinking it. Rooms were very clean and nice. Pool was overloaded with screaming children and adults spraying water with water cannons and floaties and noodles overrunning the pool. "

"Probably the dirtiest hotel I have been to. Unfortunately the mixed reviews I read before booking had me mislead as I chose to give the benefit of the doubt. I am not wanting to check into a room with pee on the toilet seat, no shower curtain, hairs in the bathtub, dirty stains covering the floor, phone that does not have all buttons or even a dial tone. I was beyond grossed out and only give 2 stars because when I addressed the front desk, who was clearly struggling to keep up with all the people checking in or other issues I overheard while waiting, was kind and friendly. Never ever going back to this place nor recommend."
