"Seventh floor stay was clean. Stayed during Memorial Day weekend and graduation weekend so it was packed. Felt as if hotel wasn’t able to handle the large crowds during breakfast. Only one coffee dispenser in the dining area so there was always a line for coffee. Other than that, the room and common areas were clean. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels in room. Staff is pleasant. Would recommend."

"We had to pay $12 for resort fees - even though there is noting “resort” related. We didn’t use the casino at all, or the spa..only there for one night. When we got to our room, there was no toilet paper, the floor was wet, the counters and nightstands were still covered in cup rings and not wiped down. Sink wouldn’t drain and The towel rack was broken and the pillows on one of the beds were throw pillow size and they had to basically fold the case in so it would fit. Very uncomfortable. For the amount we paid for one night…we expected a little better."

"The hotel stunk like cigarette smoke bad. Front lobby is all behind bulletproof proof glass to talk to anyone. A booked what appeared to be a child’s birthday party with booming music was going on in a booked conference large room at 9:30pm . Extremely noisy . Would not recommend."

"Low quality for the price. I got a king suite with a pullout bed. Neither were overly comfortable. Clean enough with a slight mildew smell in the room. Would have been a 4 star if not for the price and $12 breakfast fee for less than you get for free at most hotels. You can change a hotel name but the quality stayed the same."
