"Room was okay, initial front desk clerk was a good person, but i thought i forgot something in my room, called to ask, 1st call i was hung up on while ringing, 2nd call was answered after a minute and a half but put on hold for 40 minutes, called again and was finally helped, i do not recommend staying here"

"The room was very dirty looked like they had never vacuumed and when you pulled the bed out of the couch, it was still dirty from the last customers that had been there. Pool area was very dirty and smelt like you had walked into a gas station bathroom. "

"When we arrived we were told that the Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. It was disappointing that we weren’t told that these amenities would be unavailable when we booked the room. A fun part of staying in a hotel is the swimming and hot tub!"

"I haven't stayed here since May of 2023. It is definitely not the same as I remember it. The breakfast is bread, dry cereal and pour your own waffle. No butter, coffee is okay. No tea. Motel is not budget-priced. The room was comfortable for sleeping, but the whole place could use a good cleaning. There are lots of places to eat and Applebee's is right across the parking lot. I remember it because it used to be really clean and friendly with good food. "

"The property was clean and convenient. Although I was surprised at the price, it was one of the more affordable options. Not a big problem, but our tv didn’t connect properly to local cable and when we called the front desk, we were assured that someone would come up to help us and no one came to fix it. Not a big deal for us but if we had wanted to watch tv it would have required another call."
