"The staff was amazing. The ladies at the front desk in the morning and evening were great in assisting me with my needs. The room was prepared and ready on time for me. WiFi worked immediately and although I needed assistance with the premium WiFi (system error) the front desk attendants made it seamless for me. The breakfast was set up on time and everything was readily available."

"Hot tub was dirty, didn’t seem to get cleaned the whole time. It had foam so thick and debris. The shower was the worst part, it does not get hot and barely gets warm! The location is excellent and the hotel always smells nice and clean and it’s a good atmosphere. Would have been a perfect review if it weren’t for the shower and hot tub."

"DISGUSTING! I don’t know how they charge money for this place. The “No Smoking” signs posted all over the property were a joke; people were literally smoking in the hallways. It smelt and looked like a dumpster. I traveled with my two girls and they were scared; I had to demand an escort. It was just a layover, and after getting there, we should have stayed in the airport. "

"Very disappointed. Marriott was the only place we ever stayed for years, however this time everything looked worn. Couch cushions were so worn and sunken in couldn’t sit on them! Bathroom had huge patches of ceiling with sloppy spackle and paint that didn’t match. Halls smelled of mildew. Way too expensive for this type of decor. Unfortunately we are done staying at Marriott."

"Parking was easy. Breakfast was hardly anything….Hotel very dirty! Room smelled like a cat litter box. Someone spilled something sticky on the floor and in the elevator, it was still sticky 2 days later."
