Northwest Indiana hotel rooms a the Extended Stay America

"Smelled like weed. the people were loud. The doors were also loud they need to be greased."

"My room reeked of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The bathroom was horrible! The door would NOT close, mold on the walls, broken drain and very old. 1 of the 2 beds had a broken frame. If you sat on it you sunk almost to the floor. The mini fridge was rusty. The freezer section had no door and was full of ice and frost. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Breakfast is non-existent. They only offer waffles and cereal "

"This reservation was CANCELLED because my room was not available after over an hour past check in time. I left a deposit when I got there, and was STILL charged for the whole night. 4 phone calls later, including a message to the manager got us nowhere. The reservation desk assured us that we would be credited and even gave us a gift for our trouble. I’m guessing she knew we would pay no matter what."

"This is a well managed property. The front desk is welcoming. The room is spacious, comfortable and artisticly decorated. Breakfast is delicious "

"Notice it wasn’t as nice as previous stays. No hot chocolate, not much for breakfast, etc. BUT woke up to mice and mice poop took it over the edge. "
