"I didn’t have any complaints, but several others were at the front desk because their TVs, WiFi, and even toilets weren’t working. When I got to my room, all of those things worked. I was on the 4th floor, it was quiet, and the room was clean. They’re now a Best Western, and the place is pretty run down, but I’ve noticed they’ve done at lot of repairs and cleaning since I was there 4 months ago. I know they have had a roach problem, but I did not see any, and I always check."

"Room was clean enough as was the property, however really needs lots of upgrades. My room was way in the back, I am sure there were open rooms closer to the front. The hallway in the back it was so hot I couldn’t stand it out there. When I left to grab dinner I was very uncomfortable when I stepped outside. An old beat up van parked next to my car had 4 younger males that were sketchy looking. There was another 20 something year old guy standing against the building, he also looked sketchy. Made me very uncomfortable. When I returned from dinner I parked in the front, which was way out of my way to get to my room. I at least felt more comfortable."
